Ignacio Barrios is a Spanish Photographer that is currently studying an MA in photography at the Royal College of Art in London after receiving his BA in media and communication at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid. Barrios has recently been recently selected finalist at the Renaissance Photography Prize in London and for the second round of judging of the prestigious Taylor Wessing Portrait Photographic Prize. In 2015, he received a bronze medal at the PX3 Prize for his portraits of the “Curras Brothers” and three honorable mentions at the IPA Lucie Awards for his series "Urban Seascapes". Ignacio has enriched his photography by attending different courses at EFTI in Madrid and workshops with photographers such as Jose A. Figueroa, Javier Vallhonrat, Cristina Garcia Rodero, Antonio Xoubanouva and Oscar Monzón.
